We always liked how they did things.

We always thought of Sauna Marketplace as an example of how to run a business. Their approach starts with the products: using them, studying the technology, visiting manufacturers and understanding the details that make a difference at home. They love this stuff. You can tell.

So when the opportunity came to become part of the SaunaShare and Sauna Marketplace family, we jumped at it. Plunge Junkies is now a SaunaShare, Inc. company.

We have some work to do.

To become for cold plunges what Sauna Marketplace is for saunas, we have to do the work. Test. Study. Experience. Then zoom out.

We want to know the product inside and out. How it feels after the novelty wears off. How it handles a hot afternoon. What cleaning really involves. Whether a replacement part is easy to find. Who helps when the chiller stops.

A cold plunge is a big purchase. Companies come and go. A familiar logo doesn’t answer every question about service, maintenance or the experience after delivery. Those things deserve as much attention as the lowest temperature on the box.

That’s why we’re stepping back.

We’ve paused new purchases on Plunge Junkies while we prepare our 2028 relaunch. Our articles and product library stay here to help you research. The new chapter will bring a clearer way to compare products around your preferences, your space and what you actually need.

Our goal is to earn your trust with useful work. We’ll explain what we’ve tried, what the manufacturer says, what we’re still learning and where a product falls short. A sample won’t buy a recommendation.

In the meantime, you can turn to Sauna Marketplace for saunas, current cold plunge options and thoughtful help choosing a setup. We’re in the same family, and we’re proud of it.
