Your information, handled with care.

Plunge Junkies is operated by SaunaShare, Inc. This page explains the information used by this website during our rebuild.

When you contact us

We collect the name, email address, topic and message you submit. We use them to respond, review team or product inquiries, handle corrections, and help with existing orders. Inquiries are stored in our existing Shopify business system and accessed by the people helping with that work.

Relaunch updates

The relaunch-updates topic includes a separate consent choice. Ordinary support, hiring and product inquiries do not sign you up for marketing. You can ask us to stop relaunch updates by emailing plungejunkies@gmail.com.

Website operation and analytics

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting systems process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including request and network information. Vercel Analytics counts page views and partner-site clicks in aggregate without cookies or identifying visitors. Google Analytics also helps us understand page use and partner referrals. Our referral events contain the partner site, link placement and page paths, not contact-form contents.

Links to other sites

Sauna Marketplace, SaunaShare and third-party websites have their own forms, services and privacy notices. Partner links may include campaign tags identifying Plunge Junkies as the referral source.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information as needed to handle the request and maintain relevant business records. Contact plungejunkies@gmail.com about access, correction, deletion or marketing preferences. Please do not submit payment details, medical records or other sensitive information through the contact form.

You can turn Google Analytics off through our cookie settings.
