Everyone deserves a cold plunge.
Plunge Junkies is committed to making plungejunkies.com usable for every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and other assistive technology.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, physical, language, and learning differences.
- — Semantic HTML structure and proper heading hierarchy on every page
- — Alt text on every product and editorial image
- — Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and cart flow
- — Sufficient color contrast for body text and UI controls
- — Skip-to-content links and focus indicators on interactive elements
- — Captions and transcripts on long-form video content (where applicable)
We're a small team and the site is under active development. Some sections may not yet meet our target standard. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports the same way we treat product defects: as a bug to fix.
Email plungejunkies@gmail.com or text (608) 909-8117 with the page URL, the assistive technology you're using, and a description of the problem. We respond within one business day and follow up when the fix ships.
